Founded by Rémy, a former high-level athlete, expert in business development and certified mental trainer, the company carries a clear vision: transpose the mental strategies of champions into the business world.

Rémy
Fondateur & CEOFor over ten years, Rémy has navigated between high-level basketball courts and strategic consulting and business development roles. Between athletic rigor and business excellence, he has forged a unique approach where mental preparation becomes an operational performance lever.
With an Executive MBA, he has led distribution networks and supported over 100 entrepreneurs in total, in the insurance field with expertise in enterprise risk prevention. This dual culture — high-level sports & commercial performance management — is at the heart of the P-CUB3 method.
Damien
Co-fondateur & CTOAlongside him, Damien, co-founder and CTO, brings his cutting-edge technological expertise acquired in critical environments such as cybersecurity, international support systems and large-scale project management for major groups like BNP Paribas.
Former basketball player and passionate coach, he designs the digital architecture of Perf'Zone, our technological solution designed to make the mental measurable, actionable and scalable across organizations.
